Transformational President Editha Umali, known as the “Superwoman” of Solid Cavite Area, led the club with resilience and vision despite challenges. She became a Major Gift Donor Level 1 during her term, reflecting her dedication to Rotary’s mission.

Her industrious leadership earned her the award of Most Outstanding President – Platinum Level, while RC Hiyas ng Bacoor was recognized as one of the Most Outstanding Clubs in District 3810.
