Phenomenal Leader President Emelie Pagtakhan inspired the club to Imagine Rotary as a catalyst for innovation and positive change. She encouraged members to envision new possibilities and embrace creative ways to serve the community, strengthening the club’s impact. Her leadership earned her Platinum Awards and recognition as one of the Most Outstanding Presidents. Under her guidance, RC Hiyas ng Bacoor was named Top 2 Overall and celebrated as one of the Most Outstanding Clubs, marking a year of remarkable  achievements and growth.
