Rotary year 2006-2007

Inspired by the leadership of DG Lynne A. Abanilla and fellow District 3810 clubs, Leader President Helen Masangya guided RC Hiyas with vision and a strong commitment to service. Early in her term, the club participated in a joint “Clean Up Manila Bay” initiative, followed by a meaningful District Handover and Induction Ceremony at The Manila Hotel. Throughout the year, she led numerous community service projects, earning recognition as an Outstanding Leader President. Her dedication was further honored when she was named a Paul Harris Fellow. Under her leadership, RC Hiyas truly embodied the spirit of “Lead the Way”—setting a clear example in service, collaboration, and Rotary fellowship.
