As our 101st President, Imelda Bernardo led RC Hiyas with heartfelt devotion under the theme “Service Above Self.” Among her many impactful initiatives, the Prosthesis Project—in partnership with sister club RC Pohang Il‑wool, South Korea—stood out. This program provided prosthetic limbs to those in need, bringing dignity and mobility across borders.

Her dedication earned her several awards and the esteemed honor of becoming a Paul Harris Fellow, highlighting a term marked by impactful leadership and deep service.
