Hope Creating President Jacquiline Jose led RC Hiyas ng Bacoor with a heart full of optimism and dedication. Embracing the theme “Create Hope in the World,” she inspired members to bring hope and positive change to their community through meaningful service projects. Her outstanding leadership earned her Platinum Awards and recognition as one of the Most Outstanding Presidents. Under her guidance, the club continued to flourish, spreading hope and making a lasting impact in the lives it touched.
