All Star President Josefina “Jojo” Jarcia took on the challenge of leading the club with dedication and heart, embracing the year’s theme, “Rotary Serving Humanity.” She built on the legacy of her predecessors, continuing impactful service to the community. Her efforts earned her the honor of becoming a Paul Harris Fellow and positioned her as one of the Most Outstanding Club Presidents, with RC Hiyas ng Bacoor also recognized as one of the Most Outstanding Clubs of the year.
